Lazaretta Suite 2

Positive: Este suficient loc pentru 4 persoane, ne am desfasurat cum am vrut noi, terasa este una foarte placuta, iar mersul pana la plaja este de 1 minut. Nu este cea mai grozava plaja dar nisipul este fin si apa curata, prietenoasa pentru copii. La 2 minute pe jos este o faleza mica plina de terase cu fructe de mare si nu numai la preturi mai decente decat in centrul vechi. Pana in centrul vechi faci cam 15 minute pe jos pe alei prontrr casute care par destul de scarry dar totul a fost foarte safe. Este extrem de linistita zona dar locuri de parcare fix la bloc nu exista, insa la 3-4 minute de mers pe jos sunt destul de multe la liber. Nu exista foarte multe magazine sau daca sunt au preturi mai mari decat la Lidl insa exista hipermarketuri la 10-15 min de mers cu masina. Totul curat cu mici exceptii care nu deranjeaza. Am avut comunicare in permanenta cu propritarii care ne spuneau sa le cerem orice avem nevoie sau daca exista vreo problema pentru a o rezolva pe loc. Locatia extrem de buna pentru a merge la plajele foarte cunoscute precum Balos/Elafonissi/Falasarna unde faceam aproximativ 1 ora si evitam traficul din centru si ieseam direct pe autostrada la 3-5 minute de la cazare cu masina. Destul de aproape este si o statie de autobuz insa noi am inchiriat masina si nici autobuze sa circule nu prea am vazut, este o zona(Chania) unde merita sa te deplasezi pe jos/masina, Negative: Cum am vazut si in recenzii inainte sa ajungem, dusul se mai infunda dar nu este ceva foarte grav, noi am fost 4 persoane si ne-am descurcat destul de bine cu o singura baie. Nu este foarte bine izolat si se aude de pe balcon sau din celalalt dormitor in restul camerelor dar din nou nu a fost ceva extrem de deranjant daca mergi cu persoanele care trebuie!

Very comfortable apartment and ideal location for the beach. Positive: Great location and facilities to be able to complete laundry, good air conditioning, nice large fridge and TV, very comfortable. Negative: Bathroom door needs to be re hung as you cannot close it properly to latch the door.

agréable Positive: bien localisé proche mer avec un grand balcon. Literie très confortable et propre. Machine à laver présente dans l'appartement. Negative: Point négatif : une seule clef pour l'ensemble des 4 personnes logés. Pas de possibilité de recevoir une clef additionnelle. l'electricité fonctionne uniquement si la clef est branché dans l'appartement, ainsi impossible de faire tourner une machine a laver en notre absence. Location trop chère pour la qualité du logement ainsi que pour l'emplacement.

A perfect stay just steps from the beach Positive: We had a wonderful experience at Lazaretta Apartment 2. The location is absolutely ideal—just a one-minute walk to Nea Chora Beach and surrounded by a great selection of restaurants, cafes, and bars. It’s also within walking distance to Chania’s Old Town and the Venetian Harbor, which made exploring the city so easy. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and very well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the warmer days. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and the lovely outdoor seating area, which was perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made the check-in process smooth. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chania, especially if you want to be near the beach without sacrificing comfort and convenience. Negative: N/A
