Our August stay at Villa Kafkales was truly exceptional from start to finish. We were warmly welcomed with a fully stocked fridge, a thoughtful touch that immediately made us feel at home after our travels. The team’s flexibility in allowing us an early check-in was greatly appreciated and set the tone for the rest of our experience — relaxed, cared for, and completely stress-free. A huge thank you to Giorgos, whose kindness and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. He welcomed us with such warmth and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The entire Wisers Living team was wonderfully attentive, anticipating our needs and even by arranging a delightful fish barbecue evening, a highlight of our trip and a beautiful way to enjoy the villa’s serene atmosphere. Every detail, from the thoughtful gestures to the stunning surroundings, made our time at Villa Kafkales unforgettable. Our stay at Villa Kafkales in June was nothing short of magical. The villa itself is absolutely stunning — beautifully designed, immaculate, and perfectly positioned to take in the most breathtaking sunsets we’ve ever seen. Each evening felt like a private show, with the sky transforming into a masterpiece of colors right from the comfort of the terrace. A special mention must go to The Wisers Living team, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless and truly memorable. Their warmth, attention to detail, and quick assistance made us feel completely at home. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Panoramablick Positive: Der 270 Grad Blick aufs Meer und die Berge ist fantastisch. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Poolliegen sind bequem, werden allerdings lange nicht trocken, wenn es geregnet hat (hat es bei unserem Aufenthalt häufiger). Die Matratzen sind weich und sehr bequem. Das Kochgeschirr ist hochwertig und Geschirr, Gläser und Bestecke mehr als genug für eine größere Gruppe. Zur Begrüßung gab es einige Leckereien und Wein. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen Milchaufschäumer vermisst für den Milchkaffee am Morgen und sie hat uns noch vor dem Frühstück einen nagelneuen vorbeigebracht, das war toll. WLAN ist sehr gut. Negative: Wir waren Anfang Oktober da, das Wetter war ungewöhnlich frisch. Die Überschrift "Heated Pool" ließ uns erwarten, dass das Wasser warm sei. Die Poolheizung muss jedoch separat bezahlt werden. Das hatten wir wohl überlesen. Da der extra Betrag nicht gerade gering ist, blieb der Pool eben kühl und wurde kaum von uns genutzt. Es gibt keine Musikanlage.

Thank you for letting stay in your beautiful house with an extra ordinary view. Also thanks for the delicasies you left for us. Definately will be back. There were couple things we missed; the drawer for the groceries (there was a cupboard, but it was too high) and the wall hooks for the towels. The towel rack is too far away to be used beside the sink. The service was excellent and had to mention the two chefs, who were on one night cooking for us. Don’t know the company name, but the owner will tell you.

Fantastic villa Positive: This is a gorgeous property that I would highly recommend. The property is spacious and modern with a great pool area. The owners and agent went out of their way to look after us and were incredible hosts throughout our 4 week stay. It’s excellent for families with young children with multiple cots, high chairs and stair gates on request and the kitchen is really well equipped. The cleaners were really thorough and the view and setting is also 10/10. Negative: N/a
